It was a particularly macabre discovery for French firemen, in the afternoon of July 25th, in an apartment in the neighborhood of Pontiffroy, in the French city of Metz, northeast of France.

The Spanish television channel Intereconomía was fined last Saturday (July 3) for having produced and broadcasted last year a homophobic self-promoting trailer, where they compared the day of the Orgullo gay, gay pride day in Spain, with the other “364 days of the Orgullo of normal people” [“orgullo” meaning “pride” in Spanish, editor’s note]. A global celebration of the freedom to love peacefully, just the day before IDAHO (International day against homophobia). Around the world, in many cities, local activists got together to kiss, hug, or hold hands in solidarity with all those who cant because of homophobic and transphobic laws and attitudes.
